Established in 1980


Valley Center Youth Soccer (VCYS) is dedicated to providing a safe, fun, community based soccer experience for all of it's Players, Parents, and Coaches.


Serving Valley Center and surrounding communities, it is our mission to offer a program where players have the opportunity to grow while having fun and building a love of the game. 


We believe a quality organization is measured by it's conduct and attitude - both on and off the field.


We believe "Spirit of Play" and "Youth Development" are more rewarding than match results.


We provide unlimited growth opportunities for players of all skill levels.

VCYS is 100% reliant on the support of parents and volunteers! There are many ways to help out on and off the fields. Here are just a few key positions that you may consider fulfilling for your child's team.

Want to be a recreational coach?  The following will help you, please follow the steps below. 

1.  Sign in or create a GotSport account and sign up as a Coach or Manager.

2.  The following tasks will need to be completed or submitted via the account users "Dashboard".

3.  Coaches License (recommended but not needed for team managers)

4.  Complete/Refresh Heads Up concussion course

5.  Background check via GotSport

6.  Safe Sport Training

7.  Sudden Cardiac Arrest training.

8. Once all tasks needed are complete, the item will turn from red to green.

** Steps 4, 6 and 7 will need to be updated and refreshed each season.

** Step 5 only need to be completed one time for new coaches.

** We recommend completing the 11v.11 grassroots coaching course because then you are covered for future seasons.
